1. General Information

This policy explains how AvalGlass gift cards work. Gift cards are issued by “AVGUL” OLEG AVGUL, Poland, and are governed by this policy, the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).

2. Gift Card Values

Gift cards are available in values of 50, 100, and 150 EUR or USD. They can only be used in the AvalGlass online store and are not electronic money, payment cards, or other regulated payment instruments.

3. Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. You can use them for one or several orders until the balance runs out. After the card expires, you may request a one-time extension of up to 30 calendar days. After the extended period ends, any unused balance is lost, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Delivery and Activation

When purchasing a gift card, you can choose its activation date. The gift card, including its unique code and any personal message provided by the purchaser, will be sent by email on the selected date, typically between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in the purchaser’s local time zone. Please make sure you enter a correct email address when ordering.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request to cancel their gift card purchase and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that the gift card code has not been used. To request a refund, please contact us at avalglass.order@gmail.com.

6. How to Use Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be used to buy any product in our store - www.avalglass.com. If your order costs more than the card balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your card until it expires.

7. Cash and Transfers

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, fully or partially, unless required by law. We do not recommend sharing or transferring gift cards to third parties. If you choose to do so, please be careful about who you share the gift card details with and make sure your personal information is protected.

If you lose access to your gift card or suspect that someone else may have gained access to it, please contact us immediately at avalglass.order@gmail.com.

8. Returns and Refunds

If an item purchased with a gift card is returned or found defective, we will handle the issue under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws. Refunds for gift card payments will normally be credited back to the gift card after the issue is resolved, unless the law requires another refund method.

9. Complaints

For any gift card issues, email us at avalglass@gmail.com. We will review your complaint within 14 days and reply by email.

10. Governing Law and Contact

This policy is governed by Polish law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
