We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We offer a 5 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do whatever we can to work with you to sort out any issues! We cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.
